We follow nature’s rhythm in Fai.
We prepare our vegetable patches during spring, while the fields bloom with wild flowers. We get back on our bikes and go for a hike on the Fausior.
The cows, donkeys, llamas head up to the high pastures during summer. When you visit us, you do so looking for cool temperatures and quiet, and make the surrounding forests come to life. We have added to that by organising outdoor theatre pieces, yoga lessons, and concerts.
The beech leaves bring countless colours to the Fai during autumn. We take part in a tradition called sòrt: whoever wins the draw goes and chops wood in the area chosen by the forest rangers. We’ll have plenty of timber to warm us up during winter, but also contribute to preserve, take care, and grow the forest.
